On 22nd January 2010 Guy Glover, Master of the Lodge undertook his first official engagement of his year when he presented the Aldworth Lodge Jubilee Award - Senior Section to fellow Old Blue Julian Walker. Guy praised Julian's outstanding charity fund raising efforts and urged him to continue the good work and maybe look towards less physical challenges due to his age in the future!!

In accepting the award Julian Walker thanked the members of the Aldworth Lodge and wished Guy a successful year in the chair, commenting "It is a privilege to be presented with this unique award, particularly by an old school friend, please send my thanks and best wishes to the members of Aldworth Lodge".
